OPT被拒，求大神帮忙，急急急～

帮好朋友发：
I recently found out that my OPT was denied. The denial is due to violation of the 30-day rule. My OPT I-20 was issued on Feb 20th and my OPT application was mailed at the end of March and was received in early April, which was beyond 30 days after the I-20 was issued.

However, the denial decision was made on July 11th. It has passed the 60-day grace period after graduation as I graduated on May 5th. This means I could not submit another OPT application anymore.
问题1: 所以现在她想留下来的话 有哪些option？
问题2：要是我第一个master学位的opt被拒了， 我再读第二个master的话，我还能申请opt吗？ 因为研究生supposedly只有一次opt的机会？第二个master degree可以是同一个degree（土木） 可是不一样的concentration吗？
