美硕申请加拿大CS Master求建议

背景介绍： 楼主在美国生活五年。国内非211，非985本科EE毕业， GPA（81/100）。 后来果断申请到美国一所普通的大学读CS Master（3.6/4.0）。 毕业后在硅谷的普通上市公司工作两年多， 主要做 Software Development Engineer in Test 和 Test Automation Engineer。今年最后一次H1B签证没有抽中，外派因为一些原因也失败了， 所以正考虑去加拿大自费读个CS 硕士（course-work 或者 project-based program）。 希望可以留在加拿大工作。
语言成绩： 因为有北美Master degree， 所以大部分学校可以waive语言成绩
GRE： 没有考
计算机相关课程：
本科： 双非，EE， GPA 81/100
