17年年底MBA General毕业，今年4月在纽约一家房地产公司下面针对中国客户的小型投资移民公司以Part-Time Market Research Analyst and Marketing Specialist身份申请H1B，五月初收到approval receipt，6月底收到RFE Specialty Occupation通知，包括Degree is Normally Minimum Requirement, Degree Common to the Industry, Position So Complex or Unique, Nature of Specific Duties So Specialized and Complex四类要求。{:4_85:}

因为未能找到同类小型公司的expert愿意提供专家信来证明职位要求Bachelor's or higher degree，目前有以下资源：

1. 学校Marketing专业Associate Professor
2. 商学院 Executive Associate Dean
3. 一家推动亚裔在美国发展NGO的President
4. 美国零售巨头前Senior VP（17年已退休）
   

虽然每个资源都与我的case有一些关联，但总感觉他们写的专家信对于我这个case的价值有许多可以USCIS可以challenge的地方。全部提交又显得太general。{:4_99:}
