主动离职, 但是公司没有提sign on bonus，要还么？

想问一下， 之前的offer给了一丢丢sign on bonus，上面说如果1年内主动离职要还回去, 原话是:
"(d) Sign-On Award. You will receive a cash sign-on bonus in the amount of $xxx (the “Sign-On Bonus”). The Sign-On Bonus will be paid to you in cash as soon as administratively practicable following the Start Date. The Sign-On Bonus must be repaid in full by you within thirty (30) days of your termination date if, prior to the first anniversary of the Start Date, you voluntarily resign for any reason (or have provided notice of such resignation), or BlackRock terminates your employment for reasons justifying summary dismissal (such as misconduct)."
楼主我离职前找manager提过此事，但是manager说离职当天会有HR联系我的，结果并没有HR联系我，而且我这转眼一个多月了，前公司还是没有任何HR什么的联系我。
请问地里有人有类似的情况么? 这个sign on bonus是一定要主动退还么？怎么还都不知道。 我打算他们不联系我， 我就揣着了。 求建议
