Position Summary
[align="left"]Work independently, or as an integral part of a project team, to develop predictive models, conduct simulations, perform ad-hoc analyses, design and produce analytic reports. Participate in general efforts to build big data analytical capability. The candidate may support one of the specific business area, including marketing, risk management, and customer services, banking, etc.[/align]

[/align][align="left"]Key Responsibilities[/align][align="left"]* Participate in specifying appropriate modeling/analytic solutions to meet business requirements[/align][align="left"]* Be responsible for data preparation, including sampling, data pulling, aggregation, and other data preparation treatments[/align][align="left"]* Develop predictive models that meet business objectives, requirements, and timelines[/align][align="left"]* Perform simulations and general ad-hoc analyses to provide insight into strategy design, evaluation and testing[/align][align="left"]* Develop different risk /marketing / operation policy and strategies for consumer lending products. Communicate project results to business partners and management in a clear and effective manner[/align][align="left"]* Work closely with business partners to implement models and decision strategies[/align][align="left"]* Document project results, address project issues and answer questions from business partners[/align][align="left"]* Provide input and consultation to business partners on various statistical, technical, data or business issues.[/align][align="left"]* Identify and share programming knowledge and organizational expertise for efficient and effective execution of project tasks.[/align][align="left"]* Engage in continuous learning to maintain a high level of competency in statistical and analytical principles, tools, and techniques.[/align]

[/align][align="left"]Education & Experience Requirements[/align][align="left"]* Bachelor and above degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Management Science, Economics, Econometrics, Operational Research[/align][align="left"]* 1-3 years of years of Consumer Financial Services /Banking industry experience with hands-on MIS reporting, modeling, or analytical expertise[/align][align="left"]* Understand consumer lending products, process, system, and life cycle[/align]

[/align][align="left"]Skill & Competency Requirements[/align][align="left"]* Passionate in decision analytics, interested in using data for business insight, experience in modeling is a plus[/align][align="left"]* Ability in learning and improving programming skills for business analysis, strong programming skills is a plus, such as SAS, SQL, VBA, MS EXCEL[/align][align="left"]* Experience in regression, time series analysis and statistical modeling preferred.[/align][align="left"]* Demonstrated project management skills, including ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and follow through on completion of high-profile projects[/align][align="left"]* Good English communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills [/align][align="left"]* Positive attitude with work [/align][align="left"]* Strong desire of learning and willingness to acquire needed knowledge and skills[/align]
