各位前辈,给伯克利的一个教授发信，大概一个星期给我回复如下，请问如何回复和继续保持联系呢？
“Thank you for writing with your interest in our PhD program. Yes, I am interested in taking on more students and I do have a project in the digital humanities and social sciences that can benefit from good text analysis, paired with good user interface design.
So I encourage you to apply to UC Berkeley, either in the CS department or to the ischool. Both are very competitive programs and admissions decisions are made by a committee, not an individual faculty member.
