Case tracker 周六更新，DHS较慢，就我的case Pre OPT 也是跟 Post OPT 差不多进度，并不是像ISS人说的会快一些。

Case was mailed to me 以后并未收到 tracking number，打电话给二级客服也说没有，今天意外收到ISS邮件说卡到，回报地里，特来更新！
