我先说我的timeline
08/16 收到official offer
08/21 收到questionnaire
中间发现i94有错误，不得不让cbp去改，耽误了三天左右
08/27 所有材料提交好了
08/28 得到消息说09/11后不接受h1b transfer的pp了
马上给律师发了一个邮件，律师回复说“We will certainly be able to file your case before the 11th. It has been drafted and I am going to review it shortly. ”
我也不清楚lca有没有file但是我在网站上没有查到file的信息。
lca要七天，然后中间还有一天labor day。
感觉是来不及了

08/29/2018 律师今天回邮件说lca刚刚提交，下周三把所有文件给公司签字，真的来得及吗

9/6/2018 The petition/application has been filed to USCIS. We are waiting for the receipt notice from USCIS. 等待消息了。。漫长的等待。。
