现在申请OPT，学校都要额外收钱了？

[/align][align="left"]Effective October 1, 2018, the International Students & Programs Office (ISPO) will implement a new administrative processing fee for Post-Completion Optional Practical Training (OPT), STEM Optional Practical Training (OPT), and Academic Training (AT). The Post-Completion OPT/STEM OPT/AT Administrative Processing Fee is required for ISPO to comply with mandatory federal regulations and maintain U.S. Department of Homeland Security systems for F-1 and J-1 SEVIS records while students are no longer enrolled at UC San Diego.
Students are required to pay the Post-Completion OPT/STEM OPT/AT Administrative Processing Fee each time they apply for post-completion employment authorization. Fees are:[/align]
ISPO strongly encourages Summer & Fall 2018 graduating students and those applying for STEM OPT to submit their applications for post-completion OPT/AT/STEM OPT as soon as possible. Applications received ON or AFTER October 1, 2018 will be assessed the new administrative processing fee and proof of payment will be required with the application.

好吧，原来老早就有其他学校开始收这个钱了。希望收钱之后他们的工作效率会高一点吧。
