一个香港中文的老师又回了我一封信，这是第二封了，到底申不申求问= =
"Sorry for the belated reply. We have taken students from your university before, which is a reputable one. I encourage you to apply to our PhD program. The application has to go through the Graduate Panel which makes the final decision regarding admission."
求问大家香港中文和美国50-80学校去哪个；
还有这个老师貌似没有决定录取权，要申香港的还要写一个research proposal有点麻烦，我要申吗求问！
