求助 H1b PP transfer RFE

H1B transfer小白求助
情况是：
新公司在9/11 号的时候file 了 H1B transfer 并交了premium process的钱 但是现在收到9/21号收到了RFE的信
我看了receipt number是EAC开头的 （好像大部分人都是WAC？）

我也登录到myUSCIS， 查到：

[float="left"]1. 我现在是不是就算RFE，也可以直接去新公司了（计划是10/15开始）[/float]
[float="left"]2. 如果我现在的雇主terminate我现在的H1B，新公司还在RFE，这样有问题吗？[/float]

[float="left"]看到大家还提到了LCA，如果已经有了receipt，是不是就代表LCA已经OK了？[/float]

还有 我记得9/11号取消PP 但是我看了下myUSCIS的case history:
9/13 case received
9/13 request for PP
9/13 15-Day PP Clock start
9/13 case was received and a receipt notice was mailed
9/21 RFE

这样的话 是不是就算说是有PP并交了钱 但是过了11号，也不会按PP处理了？
