楼主看到网申页面说“We strongly encourage all applicants whose first language is not English to take either the TOEFL or the IELTS test before applying to The Graduate School, even if they meet the TOEFL/IELTS waiver criteria. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we will not examine, confirm the status of, or grant any waiver requests prior to extending an offer of admission.” Waive托福似乎要写一份申请才行，所以大家觉得要不要递交托福成绩啊
