Please note that some students arrive at the beginning of the summer, so they can spend one summer in a research lab before the classes start. This can help to find a permanent RA position as early as possible.
到学校再谈，然后暑假就去打工？！
因为我已经提交申请，所以不会收到“Encourage you to apply”的鸡肋信，不过这个依然是模板回复。
依此推测两种可能：1、录取由委员会决定，先录取再分配，或者该教授无决定权。2、婉拒。
我应该如何理解其中的信息？是否应该继续跟进联系？
