亚马逊内推申请界面一直显示incomplete!!

求问：
9月下旬找了亚马逊内推人内推2019 SDE暑假实习。先是收到亚麻的确认referral的邮件。
然后过了几天让我去我的profile page里面finish application
邮件里写：
[align="left"]Please take a few moments to log into your new candidate profile page and update your application—it will only take a few minutes:amazonuniversity.jobs[/align][align="left"]1. Your login is the original email you used to apply to roles within the University Portal, which might be different from the address you are receiving this at. If you can’t recall your password, please use the “Create new or reset existing password”[/align][align="left"]2. Once you are logged in, you should see one of your active applications is now reverted to “Incomplete.”[/align][align="left"]3. Please click into it to complete the Required Fields in your application and Save & Submit when you are done.[/align][align="left"]4. Once completed your portal should reflect the status of “Application Submitted” like below. If your portal already looks like this, no action is needed.[/align]
当我登进去之后发现我的current application里并没有任何职位申请
问过我的内推人，说有可能是系统漏洞，让我手动申请。
手动申请后 显示了completed！！！
过了十几天回去看，居然又变成了incomplete
那我今天又把我的信息过了一遍，点击了submit。也出现了附件里的you submitted the application successfully（类似这样的话）。可是再回到dashboard的时候发现又是incomplete的！
这样重复试了两三次，还是incomplete
求问！！！这种情况应该怎么办！ 有人碰到过一样的问题吗？
