opt 262xxx 117天制卡

查到自己10/09已经制卡的消息开心死了，发一个timeline，希望接下来能顺利拿到卡吧。

6/14 received
8/22 发现自己有一份i20没签名，于是补交了一份让学校的international office发过去了
然后就是漫长的等待
9/12 发邮件让学校催，回复是case is in transit to an officer
10/05 打电话加急
10/06 加急失败，case is currently under review by an officer
10/09 new card is being produced
