WAC181475等待6个月后被RFE，CS专业，求助大家！

大家好，楼主的号段是wac181475xxxx, 4.20 received, 10.16 rfe.
硕士cs专业，目前就职于一家做健康管理产品的start up.
收到rfe后，律师并没有直接给我看rfe的内容，是我自己在律师事务所当初提供的h1b申请系统里看到了律师上传的复印件。
rfe原因是最常见的so. 律师给公司hr发了邮件并且cc了我，要求我们提供以下内容的信息，但在我详细阅读了rfe的内容之后，发现律师要求提供的远不及rfe里要求的多，甚至有些信息还不是很准确。
律师要求：
- please provide a detailed explanation explaining why the position is so complex or unique that it can only be performed by an individual with at leat a bachelor's degree
(第一条就感觉律师是直接从rfe复制粘贴过来了，其实这就是最主要的被rfe的原因，律师不提供任何思路，让我也不知道该如何准备这一条）
- please provide a list of everyont at xxxxxx(my company name) that currently holding the software engiener role including name and degree held.
(这一条也和移民局要求的不一样，移民局要求提供公司所有人的hierarchy, tittle, degree and the major of the degree )
- any example of work product
- the percentage of time I will devote to each job task and expand on each job task with more details.
以上是律师的所有要求，rfe信件中的要求却远多于此，包括但不限于专家信，list all divisions in the organization, show the names and job titles for those person等等
楼主非常没有经验，现在请问一下经历过rfe或者正在经历rfe的朋友们，第一条这么笼统的信息到底要怎么准备？以及专家信是否一定要提供？

还有一个很重要的问题想问大家。就是rfe的deadline是在明年1月份，提交资料后势必又要等待两到三个月，那时已经是准备明年抽签的时候了。楼主是否可以向manager提出要求，在等待结果的同时继续参加明年的抽签？
