L签这种情况还要多久？

9月19日L1和L2安家楼被check，告知AP四周。中间借出护照，10月19告知ap结束要求还回护照。22日通过中信还，24日L2 update，25日L1update，但都没有issue。发信得到的回复是We are happy to inform you that we have received a reply for your application and the processing of your visa application will soon be completed.

大概还需要多久呢？L2和L1会一起签发吗？
