套磁回复让走CSC该怎么答复

得到梦校教授的回复，但是让走CSC。本人不想走CSC，但是也不想直接让这个教授把我排除掉，该怎么回复比较好呢？教授的回复如下：

I have no funding to support a new doctoral student. In case you can get full support, e.g. from the Chinese Scholarship Council, we can talk further.
