关于学费的疑问

Students may choose to fulfill degree requirements with coursework in a variety of current topics or through a research option. Students who chose the research option will partner closely with EE faculty in their final year of study to conduct research and write a Master’s thesis. Full-time students are able to complete the degree requirements in 5 quarters, while part-time students are able to complete the degree requirements in three years.
uw修完一共46个学分，学校说可以五个quarter修完，我可以分四个quarter学完吗？（预算只够四个学期{:4_98:}），也就是一年只学2个quarter，分两年修完（一年修完消化不了）
ps：学费那一栏写着823 per credit，但是tuition里写着full time 9700 per quarter，这个到底该如何算？糊涂了！望过来人指点！
