I am familiar with Xian JiaoDa. The grades you have should qualify you for many good universities in the US, provided that you have done well in GRE.
Unfortunately, while I am interested in having you as a student, we cannot offer you any financial assistance at this point.
I used to teach at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. You may wish to apply to their MSE and their Macromolecular Science and Engineering Programs. They do offer financial assistance to outstanding foreign students.
首先我是个硕士生，然后本科在西交大读的，现在清华读硕士，我先发了一封邮件说想申csc去他学校，然后他要了CV和成绩单，我就发了，然后会的就是这个。
他回复我是用mr称呼我的，但是我是miss，我在第二封邮件里更正了，我是个girl，但是他回复这个的时候还是用mr，我猜想老师就没看邮件吧。
大家帮我参谋一下，这老师的意思到底是什么，我改怎么回。
想要我，但是没钱？还是委婉拒绝？
我很不理解如果仅仅是没钱为什么还要我成绩单和CV。
我自己的意向是这么回：我说我申csc support 我生活费，但是需要老师给系里申请免学费。如果这连学费也不能免，我就去申请能同时覆盖学费和生活费的CSC奖学金，但是非常难。
我提供以下我的GRE成绩和托福成绩，问问能不能达到老师的要求。
因为他要CV和成绩单时我没提供gre和托福，但是他回复又提到gre了，所以我在想这也是个gre控吧。本人gre特烂的。唉。。。。。。。。。
