贡献一个11月底加拿大旅游签证数据点

贡献一个最近的（2018年11月底）加拿大旅游签证数据点，申请人身份是F1/F2.
* 11/25 Submit application
* 11/28 Receive Original Passport Request letter
* 12/1 Mail out passport via UPS to VFS LA office
* 12/4 Mail delivered at VFS office
* 12/6 Email VFS office to request update and tell them I need passport soon; Never heard back from VFS office.
* 12/10 morning contacted VFS Customer Service (over phone is much quicker and more efficient) to withdraw application because I need passport soon. Customer service submitted withdraw request for me.
* 12/10 night received tracking number and application has been dispatched to the IRCC office (也许早上联系Customer Service要求withdraw application让VFS提前处理我的case, 而不是给我withdraw?)

* 12/11 Application processed at the IRCC office
* 12/12 Application Status: A final decision has been made.

接下来会持续更新后续，感觉应该最晚下周就能拿到护照了。祝各位好运！

12/13: processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office.
12/14: Your processed decision envelope has been collected from the Canada VAC.
12/14: UPS return mail initiated.
