求问大家老板把我申请研究生的推荐信已经发了它还可以在给学校发邮件说我坏话吗

我去年六月份的时候为了拿opt就进了一家unpaid internship的公司，线上的那种。期间一直好好在做事，目的也是为了表现好一点让老板给我写推荐信。

去年十一月份的时候老板答应给我写推荐信，但是迟迟没有动笔，后来我就让我的留学中介写了一封然后发给他跟他说你要是实在太忙没空写的话我可以来写然后你签名就可以了，他也答应了。但是即使推荐信已经写好他也拖延了将近三个月才把推荐信发出去。我在这期间独自帮他完成了一个很重要的项目，他也表示说我做的很好。

我本来准备拿到推荐信以后把这个项目做完就辞职的，但是知道这个项目结束了老板都没有递交推荐信，我就只有继续硬着头皮跟他做下去，这个星期一的时候我终于催着他交了，然后我想着赶紧逞着新的项目还没怎么开始赶紧辞职了。所以我辞职信里跟老板说我得紧急回中国，不能给他notice，因为周末就要飞走。

结果老板回我如果我在第二天下午五点之前没上传所有他们公司的文件的话她就要给所有发过推荐信的学校说我退出了他们公司，然后后来我为了表达我的歉意，也怕他真的因为生气啥的给学校发邮件说我坏话，我就连夜加班加点的把之前手里剩的活全都干完了

然后老板回了我一封这个邮件，我就很懵他是不是真的要给学校发邮件说我坏话我知道推荐信在美申中很重要，我本来就gap一年了要是被她这么一搞感觉整个人生就爆炸了虽然也的确是我脑子一热突然辞职搞出来的事情求问大家老板真的能给学校发邮件补充说我的坏话吗,我要怎么回复他这个邮件啊，感觉好无力{:4_85:}

邮件内容（1）：

Congratulations! It is with great pleasure that we release you to your fate. It is our hope that you will receive everything you deserve and more. Please upload the files for the projects you have worked on to Dropbox. We are very pleased with your work thus far. However, If we do not receive the files by 5pm tomorrow we will have to contact the schools to update them about your exit from The Rise Network.

Thank you for the time you were with us.

I know the future is going to more than you could ever imagine.

邮件内容（2）：

Based on our recent discussion, it was my understand that you were going to finish the projects you were working on before you left our company. Therefore, we did not expect to receive your resignation so suddenly.

The content of the recommendation letters were based on our appreciation of your willingness to work to help us achieve our goals, as we help you achieve yours; and your commitment to finishing what you started.

We wish you the best. It is our hope that you will receive everything you deserve and more.
