怎么回复面试的邮件呢？

收到学校的面试，问我什么时候有时间，以及电话号码和skype。
以下回复可以吗？第一次面试，有些害怕。。怕回复错了。
Dear Professor XX,
I am glad to receive your interview invitation. I think 9 am at 01/15 is a good time for me. My Skype name is XX, and my telephone number is XX. Looking forward to meeting with you.

邮件里既要了skype 又要了电话号码。但是一开始说是make a teleconference appointment。 请问到时候是电话还是skype啊?
