UCLA 雅思送分仍未送达求

LZ 11.20号提交了UCLA MURP项目的申请，随后便到IELTS官网上面选择了电子送分。
但是时至今日项目也已经截止了仍然没有收到网申界面的雅思确认消息。。。真的是非常奇怪。。。
这期间也不是没有动作，已经尝试打过两次电话给admission office要求查确认，收到的回复一直都是may probably received 等等。。。然后叫我wait。。。
包括发邮件，也没有获得一个正面的回复。。。

PS: 大概的回复都是这样的。。。
The Slate Application System takes several weeks to connect with testing databases, and only does so after an application is submitted. If you have sent us your scores, assume that we have them. The department will contact you if there is a problem or if scores are missing.
