[align="left"]; leveraging of Python for NLP related ad hoc analysis (Python and Regex are necessary)[/align][align="left"]; Data Processing Automation and build robust python scripts[/align][align="left"]; Working with project managers to help specify data requirements for new and existing projects[/align][align="left"]; Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports[/align]
[align="left"]Skills:[/align][align="left"]- Python[/align][align="left"]- SQL[/align][align="left"]- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint[/align]
[align="left"]Responsibilities for Business Analyat:[/align]
[align="left"]; Work with Business SMEs to obtain a greater understanding of the needs of the business and the types of analysis that supports business goals.[/align][align="left"]; Work with data providers, client data owners and functional design teams to create the technical specifications and execution methods.[/align][align="left"]; Coordinate, prepare and perform data analyses and transformations to align the data to the business rules. Use this data to provide business insights and present [/align][align="left"]the KPIs.[/align]
[align="left"]Skills:[/align][align="left"]- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint[/align][align="left"]- Python(or R) will be a great plus[/align]

我们公司hr昨天开会决定的。今年入职的一律不安排今年的h1b抽签sponsor，但是即使明年的话也不能保证一定sponsor。但是如果觉得你合适的话，你可以来用opt工作，就保证可以opt用三年这样，因为如果找不到工作opt就只能用两个月。但是 划重点 不能保证下一年一定可以sponsor。Sorry 我们公司昨天改政策了。。。所以接下来你是否继续进行申请流程的话也可以。
