H1B续签发邮件给VancouverAP被告知45-90Days

1月8号温哥华续签H1B，签证官说需要AP，扫描了i797，employment verification letter，简历，研究生成绩单然后说不需要其他document了。一周过去了发了封邮件给VancouverAP，结果收到回复说要45-90days?跟说好的模板回复里的15-45business day不一样。
Your application is undergoing administrative processing in order to verify your qualifications for this visa. Generally the processing takes 45-90 days, but in some cases, it can take several months. The whole process is done electronically. We do not control this process.
We realize that these extended time periods cause frustration to many individuals, and we are sensitive to the fact that the purpose of the nonimmigrant visa program is to facilitate legitimate travel to the U.S. Nonetheless, the Consulate General in Vancouver like all U.S. Embassies and Consulates, must adjudicate visas in accordance with the provisions of the law, and, in some cases, this involves extensive administrative processing. While we cannot predict when the processing of the visa will be completed, please be assured that the Consulate General and the State Department are aware of your concerns and will do all we can to see that the visa is adjudicated as soon as the applicant’s qualifications have been verified.
