1. describe your ideal job/career （这一道忘记录下来了，用词可能不是很准确，但是这个意思）
2. we do a lot of team work at CMU. Tell us about when ou were working on a team and had difficulties working with other team members. How did you handle that situation?
3. what is the most innovated idea or solution you have ever come up with
