申欧洲某校奖学金，老师这么回复的，求指导

情景，前两天拿了ad，背景实在很渣，本着炮灰的态度，直接问了审核组的副教授，（网页上写的叫coordinator，总感觉给人很低端的感觉）。。。。
我问她，我有机会拿奖么，如果没有，什么时候能收到拒奖学金的email。。。。。

该女回复如下
I have advised positively on the basis of your background, but you'll have to wait for the official confirmation (others will also check your application).

这大概是个什么意思？有戏么？
