第一封拒信，也是第一个结果

早上起来看到新邮件提示，打开就是拒信了。。
其实2012年底还考了一次托福，106，比之前的成绩好太多，1月5号送的分，不知道到底送到了没。。
如果送到了，心里会安慰很多。。。
附拒信内容：

[align="left"]This letter is to inform you that the Pennsylvania State University, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Graduate Admissions Committee has not accepted your application for graduate study. The Department received a large number of applications from highly qualified students and is unable to offer admission to many applicants. All decisions are final; applications will not be re-evaluated for admission.[/align]
[align="left"]Your interest in civil engineering graduate studies at Penn State is appreciated and we wish you the best for the future.[/align]
[align="left"]补充：[/align][align="left"]刚查了一下，看来106的托福真的没送到。。。[/align][align="left"]ETS送分那里写着[/align][align="left"]Status of your score reports will be updated from Ordered to Processed approximately three days before ETS sends your scores to your designated recipients. Please allow seven to ten days for delivery within the United States, and additional time for other locations.[/align]
[align="left"]那就是说13号才寄出，然后7-10天到。。。[/align][align="left"]。。。。。。。。[/align][align="left"]4号的送分申请啊。。。。。[/align]
