分配了老师，但是Decision Letter里面没提到学费和奖学金，只说了"At this time no departmental financial aid is available. If aid becomes available at a later date, we will notify you as soon as possible."
是不是只是个ad?

问学院，得到的回复"At this point, you were considered for admission with funding and no funding was offered. It is possible that a change could happened but this would be later in April."这是啥意思？
