面签预约界面异常？

请问地里的小伙伴，有木有人预约H1B签证的时候出现了系统提示：you are approaching the maximum number of times you may view this page, please complete your transaction at this time.
起因是因为楼主想预约三月份北京的H1B面签，但是一直提示there is currently no appointment available now。 楼主就一直logout login刷， 于是昨天晚上出现了maximum times的页面，今天check，依旧这个页面，求助地里有经验的小伙伴，这是什么情况？万分感谢！
