Thanks for your message. Our graduate committee will start to review applications soon. I am not involved in the review process this year. I am on sabbatical until the summer. Actually I will be at Yantai Nanshan University for April and May, before returning to Purdue. I'm not sure yet how many projects will be available in the casting area this fall. Admitted students normally pick their projects once they arrive and see all the available projects. You should here about your application some time in the spring. Good luck.
