【紧急！求帮顶】公司承诺抽签现在反悔怎么办

[align="left"]第一次遇到这样的事儿特别糟心 想现在又遇到了一个特别麻烦的问题 拜托地里的朋友给点建议[/align]
[align="left"]是这样的 LZ去年12月份的时候接了工作的offer 然后我当时看合同里面没有写visa sponsorship的事情 所以就email问了和我对接的HR入职这一年就是2019年是否帮我申请H1B，那个HR回复我说他问了负责visa的人，答案是会让我抽的。 然后我当时就接受这个offer了 [/align]
[align="left"]2月初的时候，我觉得抽签的事情得开始准备了，所以前几天我就给他发邮件问这个材料什么时候交，但他一直没回复。今天他和我联系了，我OPT是2月19号开始，所以今天那个HR和我确定开始时间的事情。说到抽H1B的材料的时候，他居然告诉LZ公司要工作12个月之后才给办。LZ当时就慌了，因为签offer的时候他并不是这么说的。他也查了我们当时的邮件，他说可能是他当时搞错了，最后说他再去落实一下这个事情，这两天给我回复。[/align]
[align="left"]LZ现在真的特别慌，因为这个本来是一个确定的事情现在变成不确定了。而且这都2月中旬了，再找工作可能也来不及。如果说今年抽不了签的话就少了一次机会想想就觉得超级同学。LZ有一种被骗的感觉，你说你第一年不帮忙抽签早点告诉我我再找工作也行啊，拖到现在真的是致命.所以我想请问下地里的朋友们这种情况应该如何应对，真的非常感谢！[/align]

The news that I got from our HR Business Partner who is in charge of handling visas explained to me that the lottery is in April so they plan on applying then and hopefully you are chosen then.

If not, then they will try again the next year and the year after worst case scenario.

So, to answer your question, yes we try to sponsor your Visa as quickly as possible.
