被告知NEU Boston校区满员必须改校区(距收到AD仅10天)

我是2月2号收到的AD，当时网页上显示交留位费的ddl是3月31号。但是昨天发现ddl被NEU自己改成了2月12号，并且提示因为过期所以无法提交留位费，然后马上发了邮件去argue。结果今天凌晨的时候被告知Boston校区因为满员无法再招生，只能去SV、Seattle等分校。
虽然offer邮件上提到了Boston校区名额有限，但是2月2号到2月12号只间隔十天时间就满员了？现在连大部分学校的常规发offer日期都没到...难道是把我们当猴耍吗？猜测是为了预留大部分名额给美国本地学生，耍个小伎俩把中国学生都赶去分校吧。反正挺失望的，对东北的好感全失。
邮件原文是这样的:

Thank you for your application to the MSCS program and congratulations on your admission. Due to space allowances, we can no longer accept enrollments for the Boston campus for the Fall 2019 semester. We would, however, like you to consider pursuing your degree with us on one of Northeastern’s regional campus locations.

In addition to our main campus in Boston, Northeastern University has expanded our campus network to include campuses in Charlotte, North Carolina, Silicon Valley (San Jose) and San Francisco, California, as well as Seattle, Washington. We are proud to offer outstanding students the opportunity to pursue their graduate degree at any of these locations starting this Fall 2019 semester.

最后想调查下有多少人是收到了AD但是没来得及交留位费的

状态更新: 已转SV校区。
校方回复: "I have confirmed you for the Silicon Valley campus for Fall 2019. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer you to the Boston campus at a later date."
