美国三星Data Analyst -Product Support面试信息

这周借到一个WorldLink 的猎头小姐姐的电话说招DA，本来没有很认真的回复的，而且工作地点是在新泽西，我对NJ一点都不了解，上班要一个多小时所以没太仔细。后来发现是三星，当时就激动了，求职阶段终于来了个大公司的面试。然后下周二和Sr. Manager – CE Product Support/Technical Support和Manager, Service Operations两个人面半个小时。
之前完全没有和manger/director面试的经验，所以问一下地里有没有人面过，三星的最好，或者帮我预测一下可能的面试问题。楼主求职几个月了，真的很希望拿下这个。看JD不是很复杂，说后面还会有一轮技术面。求地里小伙伴们帮帮忙。JD贴下面。

PS：这种猎头公司靠谱吗？WorldLink有人了解吗？听说是猎头公司发工资所以实际不算是三星的员工？

[align="left"]Essential Functions[/align]

• Retrieve data from Samsung’s various databases and organize for consumption by requestors.
  

• Generate reports as required by the business. Most of these reports will be in Excel format.
  
• Provide analysis of data retrieved to identify critical information and trends.
  

• Maintain a schedule for reports and data mining to ensure information is provided to stake holders as per schedule.

• Power user for Microsoft Excel
  
• Experience with data mining
  
• Well organized
  
• Strong attention to detail – accuracy is critical
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  
• Minimum experience: 0-2 years
