发邮件问小秘刚刚得到回复，25%的学费减免只给18Fall和19Spring，19Fall就没有了。。感觉亏了一个亿。。邮件里原话是 Unfortunately, the scholarship was only offered to students for Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 since the program had just launched in the area.
