UIowa Statistics offer

申的Statistics PhD,录取Statistics Master with 50% TAship (stipend+full tuition scholarship).后来问他家小秘，所有 incoming PhD大都是录成Master，过了exam后转PhD。此校申请过程繁琐，graduate school application+department application；但审理速度奇快，周日提交，周二出结果（估计是走运了）。

等Cornell funding 出来结果，就准备拒掉UIowa。
