- Report address or contact information within 10 days of the change (company names, locations, worksites)
- Update my personal email address replace unc emails in SEVP portal.
- Completion of F1 opt
- Change of status of H1-B
- Create an SEVP Portal account, once opt approved, receive email from SevP
- Will be given a link to a website

- 24 month extension
- CIP code for degree must be on DHS STEM destination list
- Employer and student complete form 983
- 90 days before the opt end date, list on EAD
- Apply to ISSS for I-20 110 days before end date, and have 180 days after the end date to work, after I20, then apply from USCIS
- Checklist on ISSS website
- Report permanent leave from US
