收到邮件说Recommended to the Graduate Division会有变数吗？

新人，初来乍到，还请各位不要笑话。
今天收到第一封疑似offer的邮件，内容是说Congratulations然后pleased to inform you that we have recommended to the Graduate Division to admit you into the M.S. program
根据申每本的经验，似乎Congratulation开头的邮件基本可以认为是AD，但是还是有点不确定。
邮件中说Once the Graduate Division has reviewed and approved our recommendation, you will receive an email containing links to view your official offer of admission.
想问下这个Graduate Division那边会有什么变数吗？不知道有经验的朋友能不能告知一下如果最后录取了，大概多少天内能收到正式的offer?
因为是第一个offer，非常的忐忑，各位大佬轻喷哈！
