怎样寄回护照给使馆？

在温哥华面签的，使馆发邮件要护照，不过邮件里没写怎么寄回去。后来我又发邮件问使馆怎么寄，使馆回复说“log on to your online appointment profile and click on the link "Consular Section Instructed me to send more documents"...”

请问大家收到的使馆要求寄护照的邮件里也是这么写的吗？

邮寄护照给使馆的流程：
1. 在签证面签预约系统上当前的visa application右上角选择"continue">"Consular Section Instructed me to send more documents"

2. 按要求一步步操作，生成instructions和Courier-In Authorization Certificate
3. 可以去authorized CPC location去邮寄（免费）。也可以自费选择任何一家courier邮寄

4. 把使馆要求的文件，打印的instructions, Courier-In Authorization Certificate的第一页都放进信封里寄给使馆
