First Blood，申的PhD降成ms了 ，不知道能不能套到钱

前几天小米通知的，让他帮我查状态，结果给我回复就说被录取了。 我申请的是PhD，估计是条件不够降成ms了。 收到的第一个结果，终于结束三无。。。

thesis degree program是不是应该要陶瓷? 大家知不知道拿到offer的几率大不大，，另外大家觉得这个学校如何呢。。
