推荐一个关于英语人际沟通技巧（不仅仅是语言）的频道

我觉得在国外与人交流的时候，不仅仅是语言，有时候其实更是不知道怎样运用一些沟通技巧。最简单的例子，我之前发邮件，通篇并没有语法问题，但是给人的感觉就是很生硬或者没有礼貌，所以并不能促进很好的沟通和人际关系。

比如，在邮件结尾说，"Hope you will have a good day ahead. Thanks!" 这个Thanks在结尾的地方就显得很生硬，特别是加个感叹号，更像是敷衍的ending，而没有任何感谢的意思。
但是，如果改成，" Thanks and hope you will have a good day ahead. " 同样的单词，只是位置不同，就传达的更礼貌一些。

其实不管是中文还是英文，都要注意沟通技巧。特别是在职场中和人打交道，如何polite, diplomatic, 同时也要assertive，特别是要say no的时候。避免人际沟通带来的不悦也是提供工作效率的方式。

关于“如何礼貌地表达不同意”Express your opinion but still be polite，总结一下几个说话的策略：
Step 1: 先yes， 肯定对方，表示你理解的对方说的话 Show that you understand the his/her opinion.
