上个星期收到FSU的PhD Offer, 不准备去就一直没理。
今天收到邮件说offer positive update了， 16000->19500
虽然依旧很低并且不准备去，还是感受到FSU的诚意了
The Computer Science admissions committee recently convened and decided they wanted to update the offer on some of our Fall 2019 admit recommendations. Your offer was included in this positive adjustment and I am sending out an updated determination letter on behalf of the admissions committee that reflects a new annual stipend for incoming PhD students.
