new grad简历最好不要留学校邮箱

今天在地里看了几份简历，发现很多new grad写简历时就倾向于留学校邮箱。我们内部refer系统里，明确的说：

• When referring candidates, please use their non-university email (for example, Gmail), and tell them to apply to our application with the same email.
  

为了申请工作创建一个专门的，带你的名字的，gmail邮箱真的不难。学校邮箱很多时候不一定能保证收到refer/面试/各种连接，而且公司录取会做背景调查的，不用担心没法证明你是某个学校的学生。
