分享一个H1b中签-RFE被拒-Appeal后Approve Timeline

帮老公报去年H1b抽签结果，第一次抽签，化工PhD。
Timeline:
04/12/18: Case was received, 律师通知中签
05/04/18: RFE received, 原因是SO
07/27/18: RFE response was received.
08/17/18: Case was denied, decision mailed.
然后得知公司换了合作律所，跟新的律师讨论之后决定appeal，同时做好下一年继续抽的准备。
10/02/18: Appeal submitted, case was sent to AAO for review
02/15/19: Appeal was approved. AAO transferred your Form I-129 to USCIS that made the original decision on your case for completion.
上面还写了，如果03/17/2019之前没有收到USCIS的决定，就跟他们联系之类。
律师说这并不代表case approve，说除非今年四月一号之前收到approval notice，否则还是要继续准备今年的抽签。
03/04/19: Case was relocated from AAO to USCIS originating office. 光transfer就花了两周，这效率。。。
然后一直等到03/17，是个周末，期间没有收到任何通知，03/20周一跟律师联系，决定file pp。
03/20/19: Upgrade H1b petition to PP.
今天一早收到三条更新。
03/25/19: Case was reopened. We decided to reopen or reconsidered our denial of your case. It is actively being reviewed.
03/26/19: Case was reopened. We have mailed you a notice, if you do not receive your reopening by 04/25/19, contact USCIS.
03/26/19: Case was approved. We approve your Form I-129 and will mail your approval notice.
还没跟律师那边联系，不过看样子是approve了。历时一年，也还挺曲折的，不过好在最后结果是好的！
撒花，老公今年不用再抽了！不过楼主今年第一抽，祝大家和自己都有好结果！起码少了个人compete，哈哈。。。
