上周发邮件去问，然后得到的回复：
We send out 1st round of offers in February and 2nd round of offers 3 weeks ago.I'm not sure if there will be a 3rd round. You name was not on either list. You willBe receiving a letter at some point telling you that we were not able to make you an offer this year.The only offers left to be send out are part-time MSc.

不懂为什么拖着reject letter不发。
