现在状态显示Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed
On April 11, 2019, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WAC*********, and mailed you a receipt notice. It is being processed at our California Service Center location. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to 1point3acres.com to give us your new mailing address.
时间线：（今天4月16日）
4月11号抽签（按通知上说也是当天抽中）
Fragomen portal上显示4月15号收到的通知。
至今没收到Fragomen以及HR的任何通知，但是Fragomen portal上得case的右边多了一个USCIS case update. 点开直接连接到USCIS的网站上并且能查到receipt number。
SEVP并无变化（可能和申请了OPT EXT有关系？）
据我这几天在版上得观察，似乎顺序是：adv pp --> non adv pp 之后可能才会轮到adv non pp和non adv non pp。而且这个消息的传输有许多时差。比如我的公司HR和律师到现在还没有通知我。而且发notice的速度可能和州的起始字母以及你的姓氏首字母有关（总要用一种办法来排序的）。所以建议大家，等待的期间还是该忙啥忙啥。H1B真的不是我们能决定的东西，所以放宽心，等待好消息的到来。祝福大家都有好运气。也祝我的case能顺利通过

更新，刚才问了hr，hr依然说没有收到任何消息。那么只有两种可能。（1）Fragomen的系统乌龙了。（2）Fragomen的律师的确没怎么上心，居然会还没通知HR。
