H1B工作辞职以后被Revoke正常么？

4月份抽签抽到的cap H1B。十月开始工作，工作了几个月，辞职。辞职一个月以后，H1B的状态变成了revoke。并且收到了平邮：

This notice is in reference to the Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker, which was filed by the petitioner pursuant to

我的问题是，我以后还能用这个H1B的抽签的cap么？我还需要抽签么？

paystub都保留了。

H1b是approved 我还有797的approval notice 九月approve 十月上班的
