PP-regular 和 Non-PP adv 谁优先?

我的理解是PP优先, 然后是高学历优先.

从IG每天更新来看, VT和CA两个中心一路都是PP adv增加.

我的理解是，4月19日VT休息了. 而CA继续推进: AD/PP提高到66%, non-AD/PP从0提高到11%.
所以，可以预计的是，下面进入non-AD/PP报告期.
