4月15， 律师公司上面写着：
Emailed notification and receipt number received from USCIS.
当天，我收到律师的邮件，说receipt是多少多少。
4月24日，我的sevis portal上面的日期更改为9月30日，之前一直是六月多，也就是我自己opt的最后一天。
4月25，律师公司上面写着：
We have received a filing receipt notice and are waiting for the decision.
我昨天收到了自己的stem opt的新I20，很多公司都会告诉你，虽然抽中H1B了，但是不一定approve，所以opt stem 还是要办理，明天计划把准备好的材料寄送出给USCIS。
